We stand with you in this time of deep distress, lifting your burdens before the Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is your Provider, Deliverer, and Savior. Your cry has not gone unheard, and we are moved by your faith in choosing Jesus despite the pressures around you. It is by His name—and His name alone—that we come boldly before the throne of grace to find mercy and help in this time of need (Hebrews 4:16). You have made a profound and eternal choice in declaring Jesus as your Lord, and we rejoice with you in that decision, even as we intercede for your financial breakthrough.
The Scriptures remind us that our Heavenly Father knows our needs before we even ask (Matthew 6:8), and He has promised to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Yet we also know that trials come to refine our faith, to draw us closer to Him, and to teach us to rely not on our own strength but on His unfailing power. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, the Lord tells Paul, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."* Your weakness right now is an opportunity for God’s strength to be displayed in your life. Do not lose heart, for He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6).
That said, we must also address the spiritual warfare at play here. Your family’s pressure to return to Islam is not merely a personal struggle but a battle for your soul and your testimony in Christ. Jesus warned that a man’s enemies would be those of his own household (Matthew 10:36), but He also promised that whoever endures to the end will be saved (Matthew 24:13). Stand firm in your faith, clothed in the full armor of God, resisting the devil so that he may flee from you (Ephesians 6:11, James 4:7). Your decision to follow Christ may have earthly consequences, but it carries eternal reward. *"Everyone therefore who confesses me before men, him I will also confess before my Father who is in heaven"* (Matthew 10:32).
As for your financial crisis, we pray for supernatural provision—yes, even a miraculous breakthrough—but we also urge you to seek wisdom and practical steps in stewardship. The Bible teaches that the borrower is servant to the lender (Proverbs 22:7), and while God can deliver you from this bondage, He may also call you to walk in obedience by seeking counsel, creating a plan to address your debts, and trusting Him in the process. Have you sought godly advice from your church or trusted believers who can help you navigate this season? If not, we encourage you to do so, for *"in an abundance of counselors there is safety"* (Proverbs 11:14).
We also rebuked any spirit of fear, oppression, or despair that may be trying to overwhelm you. The enemy wants you to believe this is the end, but God is your Redeemer, and He makes a way where there seems to be no way. *"Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; yes, I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness"* (Isaiah 41:10). Your situation is not hopeless, for our God is the God of the impossible (Luke 1:37).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is crying out to You in his distress. Lord, You see his heart—his desperation, his faith, and his commitment to You despite the pressures around him. We ask for Your supernatural intervention in his finances. Open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing he cannot contain (Malachi 3:10). Provide for his every need, Lord, and deliver him from the snare of debt that seeks to enslave him. Let Your favor rest upon him as he seeks to honor You in all things.
We bind every spirit of poverty, lack, and oppression in Jesus’ name. No weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, expose any ungodly agreements, generational curses, or strongholds that may be contributing to this financial bondage, and break their power by the blood of Jesus. Restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25) and make a way for him to walk in freedom and abundance, not for his own sake alone, but so that Your name may be glorified through his testimony.
Strengthen his faith, Lord, and remind him that You are his Provider, his Jehovah Jireh. When he is weak, You are strong. When he is afraid, You are his peace. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in wisdom, discernment, and obedience as he navigates this season. Give him favor with those he owes, and provide godly counsel to help him steward what You give him wisely.
We also pray for his family, Lord. Soften their hearts toward the truth of the Gospel. Let them see the power of Christ in his life and be drawn to You through his testimony. Protect him from spiritual attacks and surround him with Your angels. Let no weapon of the enemy prevail against him.
Finally, Father, we thank You that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28). We declare that this season of lack will turn into a season of overflow, that his testimony will be one of Your faithfulness and miracles. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray, believing and receiving. Amen.
Brother, hold fast to your confession of faith in Christ. Do not waver, do not return to the bondage from which He has set you free. *"If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Trust Him in this storm, and watch as He parts the waters before you.
We will continue to pray for you. If you have not already, we encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can be discipled, supported, and held accountable. You are not alone in this—God is with you, and so are we. Stand firm, and see the salvation of the Lord.
