You can see a plastic surgeon for assessment. I think it is possible, especially if it is something causing you to feel self-conscious but it may depend on the type of scar...... sometimes I believe God sends doctors and works through them to help His children... but always remember that God looks at your heart....I am sure you are beautiful....
Heavenly Father, we come to your throne to lift up this child to you. This child is bothered by a facial scar, it's causing depression/sadness. We ask that you help her find a Godly professional who can help with this and if it be your will and plan, we ask that this scar be healed.....Help this child feel like the beautiful person you have made them..Let her feel your presence and comfort....We ask you to bless this child and give them favor.....we ask all of this in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ, the Messiah....amen....

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
