I'm trembling

I woke up trembling with cold chills on my body and it's warm out and just recooperated from the flu and feel so tired. I don't feel extreme temps sometimes and over do it. Lord touch my whole body with Your healing and protecting hand over us and those im concerned about,  give energy and strength . Praise You
