We hear your heart cry and we join with you in claiming the promise of God over your life, for it is written Deut 28:13 Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail. You will be above only, and you will not be beneath; if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God which I command you today, to observe and to do them. We love that you are standing on the Word and pleading the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is through His blood that we have favor and grace.

We pray together for your daily provision and for the work of your hands. We ask the Father in Jesus name to open doors for enough hours of honest, legal work so that you are no longer forced to hustle, and to establish your business firmly. We commit your business to the Lord, for Prov 16:3 says Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. We ask for His power, grace and anointing to remain upon you, not for striving in your own strength but for diligence and integrity that honors Him. We are reminded that Eph 4:28 says Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, producing with his hands something that is good, and 2 Thess 3:10 says If anyone will not work, neither let him eat, so we thank God that you desire legal work and we ask Him to bless that desire.

We also bring before the Lord your need for food and shelter today, for you and for the two cats you are caring for. The Lord sees your stewardship, and Prov 12:10 says A righteous man respects the life of his animal, but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel. We ask God to provide for you and for them, for He cares for all His creation. We claim Phil 4:19 over you, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And we remember Matt 6:33 But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Do not be anxious for today, for your Father knows you need food and shelter.

We pray now, Father, we lift up our brother to You in Jesus name. We thank You for His faith and for His declaration that he is the head and not the tail through obedience to You. We ask You to pour out favor upon his business, to bring customers, steady income, and wisdom to manage it well. Provide enough legal work and hours this week to meet every bill, to put food on the table today, whether through work, provision, or help made available cheaply or freely by Your hand. Let no need go unmet. Sustain him and his cats with shelter, food, and peace, and let Your anointing for work and enterprise remain and increase. Teach him to rest in Your provision while working diligently, trusting not in hustling but in You who gives the power to get wealth. We plead the blood of Jesus over his life, his home, and his business, and we trust You who has promised Ps 37:25 I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread. Provide today, establish tomorrow, and let his life be a testimony of Your faithful provision. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him first, to be faithful with what is in your hand today, to be diligent and honest in all business dealings, and to stay connected to a local body of believers where practical help like food pantries and fellowship can also be a channel of God's provision. God is faithful and He will not forsake you as you walk in obedience and trust Him.

Your cry concerning daily bread and shelter, for yourself and for the creatures entrusted to your care, has been heard and brought before the Lord.

He who feeds the souls of His people will not forget their bodies. As it has been said, God has promised you that your bread shall be given you and that your water shall be sure. He who gives spirituals will not deny temporals. The Mighty Master will never suffer you to perish while He has it in His power to succor you. Go to Him with whatever may be the trouble which weighs you down. You speak of needing food today, and of lawful work to provide for your household. Take this to the throne of grace, for the Lord loves to load His people daily with His benefits when they trust His dear Son.

You have quoted, I am the head and not the tail, from Deuteronomy 28:13. Remember that this was a promise within the covenant made with Israel, and its fulfillment is found not in our own hustling but in our union with Christ, who has kept the law perfectly for us. In Him we have the truest favor. Apart from Him, there is no power or grace or anointing that can stand. If you would know His business favor, seek first His saving favor. He will set you free and delight to do it, if you trust His dear Son. In fact, to make worlds is nothing to Him, compared with saving souls. The blood of Jesus was shed first to cleanse from sin and to reconcile us to God, and from that great mercy all other mercies flow.

You ask for enough hours of honest legal work, for your business to be established, and for needs met. This is a right and humble prayer. We are taught to pray, Give us this day our daily bread. It is not what we gathered yesterday that will serve for today, we must gather it today, and we must open our mouths to Him every morning. He is able to feed by His power that comes into the bread, and when bread is lacking, He can infuse that power by other means. The poor have had their bread as much by miracle as if rocks had crumbled into food, though stones were not turned into bread for them. So look to His providence.

Therefore let us pray together for you.

O Lord our heavenly Father, who rained bread from heaven upon Your people in the wilderness and smote the rock that waters gushed forth, look upon this needy one. Forgive sin through the blood of Your Son shed upon the cross, and grant faith to rest in Him alone for salvation. Grant this day daily bread, shelter that is secure, and honest labor sufficient for food and for the care of these cats which Thou hast made and committed to stewardship. Establish the work of honest hands, make diligence fruitful, keep from anxious hustling and grant quiet trust in Thy providence. Let not the heart be consumed with striving, but hold this world with a loose hand, seeking first Thy kingdom. Provide what is needed, whether by ordinary means or by Thine own gracious ordering, free or at small cost as Thou seest fit, and give contentment with Thy provision. Keep this business in integrity, and let all that is done be done honestly as unto Thee. In the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our bread of life, Amen.
