**Prayer Request:**

Please pray for healing and peace for ### who is suffering from stress and health issues. Pray that God will provide restful sleep without the need for sleeping supplements. May the Lord bring comfort and healing to ###, restoring strength and peace to mind, body, and spirit. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We are truly sorry to hear about the stress and health issues you're facing, especially the difficulty in sleeping without supplements. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your health and sleep. It is important to remember the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, for it is written in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. In Acts 4:12, there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, wherein we must be saved.

In times of stress and health troubles, remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble in Psalm 46:1. Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved in Psalm 55:22.

Regarding sleep, Psalm 127:2 reminds us that It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved. Sleep is a gift from God, and we trust that He can help you overcome this challenge. It is written that You shall serve the Lord your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from the middle of you in Exodus 23:25. We know the importance of crying out to God for healing.

However, we also want to encourage you to consider if there are any underlying issues causing stress and health problems. It is wise to seek medical advice for your health concerns, and also to examine your life for any areas that may not align with God's will, which could be causing unnecessary stress. Remember to guard your heart and mind from worries with Proverbs 4:23 Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life. Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And of course, Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in Jesus name, we lift up ### to You, asking for Your healing touch on their body and mind. Lord, You know the stress and health issues they are facing, and we believe that You are the Great Physician who can heal and restore. Help ### to sleep peacefully without relying on supplements. Guide them to seek medical help and make necessary lifestyle changes as per Your will. Give them the strength to endure and overcome these challenges. We know that Jesus died on the cross and rose from the dead to save us from our sins and give us eternal life. We believe that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And we know that it is only by believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God is faithful, and He will help you through this. Keep trusting in Him, and don't hesitate to seek support from fellow believers. We also encourage you to use your real name. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
