I'm suffering from headache since

I'm suffering from headache since last 2month.once I did operation for my nose-because of curving bridge of nose...but again became as old..so again need operation soon.pls pray for cure it without operation... I'm working in Bihar with Hus. I want to return on 24.if I did operation I can't go...so pls
