I'm in the need of prayer. God restored my marriage last year 2011. But I am still unable to let go of the past. I'm still holding on to all the pain. I know the power of prayer. Please pray that I am able to let go and move forward with what God has in store for my husband and I. I don't want to tear our marriage a part. Thank you in advance!

Forgiveness can be a hard thing. I have said I forgive you a thousand times and just buried it deep inside to bring out later that is not forgiveness. Pray and read and pray more I know its easy to keep the hurt inside but God wants you to let it go as and never look back. To really love uncondtionally you cant hold account of past wrongs, pray to love like God loves, then you will see your husband with new eyes and the past becomes just a lesson to learn from and your marriage will be blessed even more. Praise God for its restoration!

Kjoy is right take it from us. We would love nothing more in our lives than to have our spouses back home. I pray every single day and night for my wife to come home. For her to come to her senses soon. My heart is completely broken and I feel so lonely, abandoned, empty and lost. You need to thank God for the restoration of your marriage. I love my wife unconditionally, I don't care about what happened in the past. I just want my family home. Please be thankful and forget the past. You don't know how many people would want to be in your shoes with a restored marriage. I cry out to God and pray for my wifes salvation and the restoration of our marriages. Father I ask in Jesus name that you renew the mind of this person whose heart has been wounded. I speak healing to their mind, soul, spirit and body right now. I ask your Holy Spirit to enter and heal each and every wound and to restore what the locust has eaten. I thank you precious Lord that you are a God who loves us and never turns away our heartfelt requests.

I speak restoration to this situation and I stand on Your Word that I may ask anything in Your Name according to Your will and call it done in Jesus Name

I believe God can restore, renew, revive your marriage. Begin to thank the Lord for your spouse each day, cast down the thoughts or imaginations that are not edifying. Remember where negative thoughts come from, set your mind on heavenly things, be filled with the power the spirit daily, I believe God can take away the sad/past feelings. You have a choice you can choose to live abundantly, and forgive, or the other option is the struggle. I believe God will increase his power and give you strength to overcome. Lord you said in your word as long as we dont forgive we cannot be forgiven, "Lord Jesus, we come before you this day knowing that without you we are nothing. we thank you for loving us and dying for us. we now come boldly to your throne of Grace so that we may obtain Grace and find Mercy that we need at this time, we ask u in your mighty Name to cleanse and forgive us where we have sinned against you. U are the author of Life so we ask you Lord to strengthen our my inner man and give us wisdom to go on in this life.

Lord you said in your word that unless we forgive, we cannot be forgiven. Iwe now as an act of our will forgive those who have hurt and betrayed us; give us the grace to release the hurts and the pains we are going through and by faith we cast them into your care.
