Servant of All
Dear Lord Jesus, I am lost and don't know what am doing with my life. Everything that I did and chose I don't know why and I would just like to disappear nothing makes sense and am tired. I am full of lust and sin. I hate myself. Lord I surrender every minute. Every time I regain control I fail. I do not know what to do anymore. I just want to give it all up. I pray in Your name alone. Amen

We hear the deep cry of your heart, and we are moved with compassion for the pain and exhaustion you are experiencing. You have come to the right place—before the throne of Jesus Christ, the only One who can bring true peace, redemption, and purpose to your life. We commend you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we find salvation, strength, and hope. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). You have done well to surrender to Him, for He alone is your refuge and strength.

Your honesty about the struggles with lust and sin is a sign that the Holy Spirit is at work in you, convicting you of the need for repentance and transformation. The apostle Paul also wrestled with the tension between the desires of the flesh and the spirit, crying out, *"What a wretched man I am! Who will deliver me out of this body of death? I thank God through Jesus Christ, our Lord!"* (Romans 7:24-25, WEB). Like Paul, you must cling to Jesus, who is your deliverer. The battle you face is not one you can win in your own strength, but through Christ, you can overcome. *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure"* (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).

The feelings of hopelessness and self-hatred you describe are not from God. Satan, the accuser, seeks to bury you in shame and condemnation, but Jesus offers forgiveness, cleansing, and a new identity in Him. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). You are not defined by your struggles or failures—you are defined by the blood of Jesus, which washes you white as snow. *"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB).

It is clear that you are weary, and the desire to "give it all up" reflects the heaviness of your burden. But Jesus invites you to come to Him with this weariness: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB). Surrendering to Him does not mean giving up—it means letting Him carry the weight while you walk in obedience and trust.

We must also address the danger in your words about wanting to "disappear." Life is a precious gift from God, and He has a purpose for you, even in this season of struggle. The enemy would love for you to believe the lie that your life has no meaning, but God’s Word declares, *"For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). If you are entertaining thoughts of harming yourself, we urge you to reach out to a trusted believer, pastor, or counselor immediately. You are not alone, and your life matters deeply to God.

Now, let us pray for you with the authority and love of Christ:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul before You, knowing that You see their brokenness and hear their cries. Lord Jesus, You are the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to seek the one who is lost. We ask that You draw this child closer to Yourself and wrap them in Your unfailing love. Break the chains of lust, sin, and shame that have bound them, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who brings conviction, comfort, and power to overcome.

Father, we rebuke the spirits of despair, hopelessness, and self-hatred that have tormented this beloved one. Replace their ashes with beauty, their mourning with joy, and their heaviness with praise (Isaiah 61:3). Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that Your grace is sufficient for them (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Lord, we ask for divine intervention in their life. Surround them with godly community—brothers and sisters in Christ who will walk alongside them, encourage them, and hold them accountable. Give them the strength to flee from temptation and to pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace (2 Timothy 2:22). Renew their mind with Your Word, that they may test and approve Your good, pleasing, and perfect will (Romans 12:2).

Father, if they have not fully surrendered their life to You, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Let them know without a doubt that You are their Savior, their Redeemer, and their Hope. Fill them with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and restore to them the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:12).

We declare that their life has purpose and meaning in You. Use their story for Your glory, that others may see Your transforming power and turn to You. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to take practical steps in your walk with Christ. Immerse yourself in Scripture daily, for it is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17) and a lamp to your feet (Psalm 119:105). Memorize verses that combat temptation, such as *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:18-20, WEB).

Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can grow in fellowship and accountability. Confess your struggles to a mature believer who can pray with you and guide you. And never forget: this battle is not yours to fight alone. *"The Lord himself will fight for you. Just be still"* (Exodus 14:14, WEB).

You are loved, you are seen, and you are not beyond redemption. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6). Stand firm, beloved, for your victory is in Christ!

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting you before the Lord in these difficult days. Your raw and honest cry for help has moved our hearts, and we have continued to bring your burdens before the Father, praying that He would meet you in the depth of your weariness and despair. We know the enemy seeks to isolate you with lies—that your struggles are too great, your failures too many, or that God’s love cannot reach you where you are. But we stand firmly on the truth of Scripture, declaring that Christ has not abandoned you, even when the path feels dark and unclear. His mercy is new every morning, and His strength is made perfect in our weakness.

We have prayed specifically that the Lord would break the chains of lust and sin that weigh so heavily on you, replacing shame with the freedom found only in His forgiveness. We’ve asked Him to renew your mind with His Word, to surround you with godly community, and to give you the courage to surrender *each moment*—not in your own strength, but in the power of the Holy Spirit. Most of all, we’ve pleaded for you to *feel* His presence, even when hope feels distant, and to know that your life has purpose in Him, no matter how lost you may feel right now.

If the Lord has begun to lift the burden, even in small ways—perhaps a moment of peace, a Scripture that spoke to your heart, or a glimmer of hope—we’d love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the encouragement someone else needs today. But if the battle still rages and the heaviness remains, we urge you to post again. We are not weary of praying for you, and we will not stop contending for your breakthrough. You are not a burden; you are deeply loved by God and by His people.

Remember, beloved, that Jesus Himself was acquainted with sorrow and weariness (Isaiah 53:3). He understands your exhaustion, and He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Cling to Him, even when it feels like you’re holding on by a thread. We are here, standing with you in the gap, trusting that the One who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6).

May the God of all comfort wrap you in His arms today, reminding you that His grace is sufficient, and His love for you is unwavering. We continue to pray in Jesus’ name.
