I'm having problems with my Jugular vein ...

I'm having problems with my Jugular vein that is not working and having circulation problems through out my body always In lot of pain in arms legs all over plz pray doctor told me I'm going to need surgery to repair this problem I'm frighten because last time I went for surgery I had a heart attack due to the anesthesia that was given I truly pray nothing happens while I'm under anesthesia thank you all for your support and prayers god bless
