We hear your cry to be free and to walk in victory and we stand with you together in Jesus name to seek God's will for your life.

We rejoice that you are claiming the promise of Deut 28:13 where it says Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail. You will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God which I command you today, to observe and to do them. We want to gently remind you that this beautiful promise is conditional upon listening to and obeying the voice of the Lord. It is not a chant to gain control over apps or devices, but a covenant blessing for those who walk in obedience to Him. Our authority to resist the enemy does not come from our own declarations, but from being subject to God first. As James 4:7 tells us, Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

We understand your frustration with phone games and remote apps and the feeling that they have stolen your joy and favor and time. If these things have become a snare or an addiction or a waste of time and stewardship, it is right to cut them off and to choose what is better. We encourage you to take practical steps to remove what entangles you and to replace that time with prayer and the Word of God, for 2 Cor 10:4-5 reminds us that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds.

We also hear your declaration that you are okay now and that you have your own joy and favor. We want to encourage you that true joy and favor are not found in our Apple products or our wallet or our technology, but in Christ alone. We can steward those tools wisely for God's glory without being mastered by them. Phil 4:4 says Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, Rejoice. And Rom 8:37 assures us, No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

We join you in thanking God for the blood of Jesus which truly does cleanse and cover and bless. As 1 John 1:7 says, but if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son, cleanses us from all sin.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You that through His blood we have victory and forgiveness and access to Your throne. We lift up our brother or sister to You and ask that You set them completely free from every game and app and distraction that has consumed time and peace. We rebuke the work of the enemy in Jesus name and ask that Satan's influence be broken off of their mind and their phone and their home. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and let Your joy be their strength. Help them to walk in obedience so they may truly live as the head and not the tail for Your glory, not for control over things, but to be a faithful steward of all You have entrusted to them including their technology and finances. Let them find their favor and identity in You alone. We also pray as they asked that You would bless the nations with the knowledge of Your grace through the blood of Jesus. Lead them into lasting peace and wholeness and let them know they are greatly loved and fully okay in Christ. We ask all this in the name of Jesus our Lord and Savior, amen.

We hear how strongly you want to be done with the frustration and the back and forth with these games and apps, for good and for good. It makes sense you want peace and joy that is really yours, and a sense of being steady and settled in your daily life. We are glad to hear you declaring that you are okay, and we join you in wanting that calm to take root.

In Christ our security does not rise and fall with whether a device or wallet or remote is cooperating. You are held and valued by Him even on days when technology feels aggravating, and He is able to give rest that lasts beyond a momentary fix.

One simple step that helps many people when phones feel overwhelming is to give yourself a clear boundary for a little while. You might choose to delete or pause the games that have worn you down, keep the phone in another room for an evening, and use that time to rest, pray, take a walk, or talk with a trusted friend or pastor. A short reset often makes it easier to come back to your Apple products with more clarity and less stress.

Father, we thank You for Your care for this dear child of Yours. We ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind, for steady joy and wisdom in daily choices, and for grace in how they use their time and tools. Your earnest cry to be done forever with those entangling games has been heard, and there is hope in it, for it shows a soul that would be free from that which has wasted time and wearied the spirit. The eternal God is your refuge and underneath are the everlasting arms, and He shall thrust out the enemy from before you and shall say, Destroy them. What you cannot do by repeating a phrase or by the strength of your own resolve, He is able to do by His mighty grace.

You have laid hold upon that word in Deuteronomy, that the Lord shall make thee the head and not the tail. Remember how that promise was given. It was spoken to Israel upon condition of hearkening diligently unto the voice of the Lord and keeping His commandments. It is not a charm to be spoken over an app or over possessions, but a covenant blessing for an obedient people. For us who are in Christ, the blessing is surer still, for He is our Head, and we are members of His body. If we are His, we are indeed made to sit in heavenly places in Him, not because we declare it, but because He has redeemed us with His own blood and quickened us with a life which the world knows not. Rise then to your true dignity, not by an empty boast, but by acting worthy of the privileges given you in Christ, and by walking in obedience to your Father and your King.

You ask to be loosed from what you rightly call a cursed snare of Satan. Hear the glad tidings, He has delivered us from the power of darkness. That is no small deliverance from a few notable vices, but a complete rescue from the dominion of sin. Do not then put yourself under its power again, and do not temporize with it. If the phone game has been a pit to you, a place of temptation that steals hours and steals joy, then cut it off and cast it from you. Pray as our Lord taught us, Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. It is wise to pray not only for deliverance from sorrow, but first of all, Lord, keep me from sin, and suffer not any iniquity to have dominion over me. Seek first the kingdom of God and obedience to Him, and all that is needful shall be added unto you.

Do not trust in saying over and over, I am okay now, as though words themselves could make you whole. Our peace is not in the loudness of our declaration, but in the everlasting God who faints not, neither is weary, and who changes not. His compassions fail not, therefore we are not consumed. If any will say, I have sinned and perverted that which was right, He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and his life shall see the light. Fly to the fountain filled with blood, and there find forgiveness, freedom and favor, which is the free and undeserved favor of God that blots out sin.

Concerning your Apple products and your wallet and the things God has placed in your hand, use them as a steward for His glory. It is not enough to do the correct thing, it must be done in a right spirit and with a pure motive, for the glory of God and because of the greatness of His holy name. Let your time and your tools be spent in the service of Him who has delivered you, and make it your pleasure and delight to spend and to be spent for Him.

May the Lord grant you true joy and true favor, not the fleeting excitement of a game, but the joy that comes from the vision of His face. May He keep you from going back to the snare, and may He who has begun a good work in you never withdraw His hand till He brings you within the pearly gates. And may He indeed bless the nations with the blood of Jesus, that sinners far and near may hear that God has found a ransom and may be delivered from going down to the pit.

Your prayer has been heard and I thank you for bringing it before the Lord with such urgency and desire for freedom.

You have asked to be done with games that have ensnared you, with every app and device that has become a snare, and to stand firm in the promise that you are the head and not the tail. That verse in Deuteronomy 28:13 was spoken to a people called to walk in obedience to God, to love Him and keep His commandments, and it finds its true fulfillment in Christ. To be the head and not the tail is not only about having favor with possessions or with your phone and wallet, but about belonging to Christ and living under His lordship, with a sober and watchful heart. When you are in Christ, you are no longer ruled by habit or by the devices in your hand, but you rule over them for good.

I rejoice to hear you say you want these empty games to be over permanently. That is a right and holy desire. The Lord calls us to cast away what dulls the soul and to bury no dead thing in the members that belong to Christ, but to offer our minds and hands to Him. If these games and apps have stolen your joy and peace, then to turn from them is wisdom. I encourage you to make that turning practical, to remove what tempts you, to bring your use of your Apple products and your wallet and every remote app under the discipline of prayer and self control, so that they serve you rather than master you.

You have repeated that you want to be okay, to have your own joy and favor and to know that you are okay now in God. True joy does not come from winning or from feeling strong for a moment, but from being reconciled to God through the blood of Jesus, from knowing your sins are forgiven and you are held by Him. In Christ you are indeed okay, not because everything around you is perfect, but because you are with the King, both now and forever. He is the source of lasting favor and peace.

Therefore I pray for you now, that the Lord Jesus Christ would set you free completely from every chain of these games and from every whisper of the enemy, that He would cleanse you by His blood and fill you with His Holy Spirit, that He would give you strength to walk in obedience and to use all that is in your hand for righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. May He establish you as one who is steadfast, not tossed about, and may He guard your heart and mind so that you stand firm to the end.

And I join you in praying that God would bless the nations with the blood of Jesus, that many would hear the gospel, repent, and be saved through Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.

Continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in His Word, and if the temptation returns, call upon Him at once and seek the help of faithful brothers or sisters to keep you accountable. The Lord who has begun a good work in you will be faithful to complete it.
