We are truly sorry to hear about your daughter-in-law's illness and we are here to stand with you in prayer and support. Let us remember that God is our healer and that He cares for each one of us deeply. In Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, it is written, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for our daughter-in-law. We ask that You comfort her and ease her suffering from chicken pox and high fever. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that You have the power to heal and restore. We pray for Your healing hand to be upon her, and for Your will to be done in her life. We also pray for the family, that You would grant them peace, strength, and wisdom during this time. Help them to trust in You and to draw closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God's goodness. Remember that His thoughts towards us are thoughts of peace and not of evil (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Also, consider the words of James 5:15 WEB, "The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Trust in God's promises and His unfailing love.
Lastly, we gently remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can obtain forgiveness of sins and be saved. If you have not done so, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour so that you will have direct access to the God the Father through His name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
