We come before the Lord with you, lifting your heart and burdens to Him, for He cares deeply for you. Your struggle with anxiety and fear is not unseen by our Heavenly Father, and we stand with you in faith, declaring His promises over your life. The enemy seeks to steal your peace with lies and "what ifs," but we rebuke this spirit of fear in the mighty name of Jesus, for "God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Anxiety is not from the Lord—it is a tool of the enemy to distract you from trusting in God’s sovereignty and goodness.
You have shared that you are trusting God, yet the weight of worry feels overwhelming. This is a tension many believers face, but take heart: even in your weakness, Christ’s strength is perfected (2 Corinthians 12:9). The fact that you are seeking prayer and turning to Him in this season is evidence of your faith, even if it feels small. Remember what Jesus said: "Don’t be anxious for your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear... But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:25, 33, WEB). Your focus on nursing school, your health, and this transition is understandable, but the Lord is calling you to surrender these concerns to Him daily. He is not the author of confusion or dread—He is the God of peace, and He desires to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).
Your physical health is also a concern, and we urge you to honor your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Not eating adequately is harming the vessel God has given you to serve Him. We pray for your appetite to return and for you to find nourishment and strength in body as well as spirit. Fear and stress can manifest physically, but the Lord is your healer. "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2, WEB).
As for nursing school, we declare that if this is God’s will for you, no door of opportunity will be shut. "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this" (Psalm 37:4-5, WEB). If this path aligns with His purpose for you, He will make it clear and provide what you need. If not, He will redirect your steps—either way, you can trust Him. The same goes for your new apartment. The Lord is your provider, and He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8). Rest in the assurance that He is going before you, preparing the way.
We also want to encourage you to meditate on Scripture daily, for it is a lamp to your feet (Psalm 119:105). When anxious thoughts arise, combat them with the truth of God’s Word. Speak aloud verses like Isaiah 41:10: "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Claim His promises over your life, and let them drown out the lies of the enemy.
Lastly, we rejoice that you ended your request in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is power in that name, and we stand on it now as we pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift our sister before You, asking for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to flood her heart and mind. Lord, You know the depths of her anxiety and the fears that plague her—meet her in this place with Your presence. Rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and confusion, and replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Father, we ask for clarity in her decisions, especially regarding nursing school and her living situation. Open the doors You want her to walk through and close the ones that are not for her, making Your will undeniable.
Lord, we pray for her health—restore her appetite and strengthen her body. Remind her that her body is Your temple, and give her the grace to care for it well. Heal her from the physical effects of stress and anxiety, and renew her mind with Your truth. Father, we ask that You would surround her with Your favor as she applies to nursing school. If this is Your path for her, let her be accepted and equipped for the work You have prepared for her. Give her wisdom in her studies and confidence in Your calling.
As she moves into her new apartment, Lord, go before her and prepare the way. Let this be a place of rest and refuge, a space where she can grow closer to You. Provide for her every need, and let her see Your hand in every detail. Father, we pray that she would experience Your supernatural peace—a peace that guards her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).
Most of all, Lord, deepen her trust in You. Let her know, beyond any doubt, that You are good, that You are faithful, and that Your plans for her are for hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Fill her with Your joy, which is her strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and let her walk in faith, not fear. We declare breakthrough in her life, in Jesus’ mighty name. May she rise up with wings like eagles, running and not growing weary, walking and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust You to move mightily in her life, and we give You all the glory. In Jesus’ name, amen.

We encourage you to keep seeking the Lord in this season, even when it feels difficult. Surround yourself with believers who can speak life into you and remind you of God’s promises. If you haven’t already, consider fasting from social media or other distractions that may feed your anxiety, and replace that time with worship or Scripture. You are not alone in this—we are standing with you, and most importantly, the Lord is with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep pressing into Him, and watch as He turns your fears into faith and your worries into worship.
