We join you in your heartfelt prayer, seeking God's grace to be kind and compassionate to others, even when they may not reciprocate. This is a true reflection of Christ's love, which was extended to us while we were still sinners. Remember Jesus Christ said in Luke 6:27-28 WEB:
But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your help. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, so that we may be . . .
compassionate,
kind,
humble,
meek
patient
to all of those we meet (Colossians 3:12 WEB)
even if they are not to us. Give us the strength to forgive those who wrong us, and to love even our enemies, just as Your Son, Jesus Christ, did. Help us to be a true reflection of Your love, shining Your light into the world. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek God's guidance in His Word, and remember that it is by His strength that we can love others as He has loved us (1 John 4:19 WEB). Also, remember to be doers of the word not hearers only (James 1:22 WEB). Keep praying for God's will.
