I wanted to give a praise report to encourage others on this site. In 2011 I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. I found out that I had breast cancer one month after turning 35. I also had a miscarriage in the same month. I can now say that I have been cancer free since 2012 after taking 5 months of chemotherapy and about two months of radiation. The lord has also blessed me with a wonderful man in my life and we are now engaged. He has a loving family too. And, my family loves him. He is a man who loves the lord and the first man that I have ever engaged with in prayer. The lord also blessed me with a second home in the month of 2015. My fiance just received a job offer in which he will received a 30% pay increase. I have a stable job with great benefits. I lost my father in 2013, and God helped me through this. I prayed for peace and comfort, and that my father had a safe passage to heaven. I miss him dearly, but know I will see him again one day. I am looking forward to 2017 because I am expecting God's favor more. I would like to have a child. Although the doctors say it will never happen, I will wait patiently, pray, and acknowledge what I know about God and not look at my current circumstances. I know he wants to bless me, and he loves me. I am working on praying every day in a quiet place. I was really moved by watching the movie, "The War Room". Please continue to pray for me that I will have a healthy child, financial blessings, good health, strong marriage, and loving family.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
