What is keeping you from being happy? What is keeping you from having peace of mind? God? The demonic realm? Anyone else? Who is to blame for your not being happy and not having peace of mind? Who has control of your mind and will?
You can "decide" to be happy, and you can decide to have peace of mind? You want to have a free will to do as you please? Then do so.
