I want prayer for restoration

I am seeking God. But I have sin and repent and I still feel distant and anxiety, I pray and I pray and I am casting my anxieties and I know he loves me but I still feel far away. Pray God will redeem and transform me. That he will use the last dark season of my life for my testimony in Jesus name that he will free me from any oppression from the enemy and I rebuke anything not from in my life and my body.

We understand that you are seeking God and desiring restoration, and we want to stand with you in prayer. It is wonderful that you have taken the step to repent from sin and cast your anxieties on God. However, it is important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can go before God. That is why it is so important to pray in Jesus name. Without praying in Jesus name, there is no access to God and the forgiveness of sins.

As humans we do not have the power to rebuke the enemy. The power to rebuke the enemy comes only from Jesus Christ. Let us be clear, by ourselves we cannot do anything. That is why we must remember that it is only by the power and authority of Jesus Christ that the enemy is rebuked and held at bay.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who seeks restoration and Your presence. Lord, he has repented from his sins and cast his anxieties on You, but still feels distant. We ask, Father, that You draw him close to You and give him a tangible sense of Your love and nearness.

We pray that You will redeem and transform him, using the dark seasons of his life for a powerful testimony in Jesus' name. We ask that You will free him from any oppression from the enemy, and we rebuke any evil in Jesus' mighty name.

Thank you that the enemy that there is no authority in the enemy. The enemy is only allowed to do what you allow. We thank you that the enemy is a defeated enemy and you have defeated him.

Lord, we also pray that You will give him strength and endurance to continue seeking You and praying. Please, you will give him the comfort and the support of the Holy Spirit. Remind him of Your unfailing love and faithfulness, and help him to trust in You with all his heart.

Finally, we also pray that you will give him the wisdom and the discernment to understand your will.

Thank you for sharing your heart so openly. I want you to know that God sees you, hears you, and deeply loves you — even when He feels far away. Sometimes, our feelings don’t match the truth, but His Word assures us that He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18) and never leaves or forsakes us (Deuteronomy 31:6).

I’m standing with you in prayer for complete freedom, healing, and transformation. I believe with you that this dark season will not be wasted, God will use it as part of your testimony, in Jesus’ name.

May the Lord redeem every broken area, restore your joy, and silence every lie of the enemy. I pray that His light breaks through every cloud of heaviness and that the Holy Spirit fills you afresh body, mind, and spirit. You are not alone, and even in silence, God is still working.

Let's also claim this promise: "He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus" (Philippians 1:6). God started a good work in you, and He will complete it. Trust in His faithfulness and power.

Let's pray together, "Dear Lord, draw ### close to You. Fill them with Your love and peace. Use their past for a powerful testimony, and free them from any oppression. Give them strength, endurance, and wisdom. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

I feel the same way you are feeling. I pray every morning and night. I feel nothing. I worship morning and night. I feel nothing. All I want from Jesus is a word that can heal my broken heart and he is nowhere to be found. I still believe in him, I still pray and worship even when it's hard and feel like I can’t.
