And what does God want
you to do? Where is your focus? God is never the one who is "stuck". He is always waiting on us, and not the other way around.
Proverbs 4:20-22American Standard Version (ASV)
20 My son,
attend to my words;
Incline thine ear unto my sayings.
2
1 Let them not depart from thine eyes;
Keep them in the midst of thy heart.
22 For they are life unto those that find them,
And health to all their flesh.
Read the Word, especially the New Testament, meditate on it, do what Jesus has said to do. Anything Jesus has said to do is not a commandment to "obey" because we "have to". It is an instruction of how to get through this life. Like Peter, he was walking on water as long as he kept his focus on the Lord, but as soon as he took his focus off the Lord and focused on his circumstances he began to sink. When you look at your circumstances and are trying to get reassurance from them, then you are going to sink, just like yo are doing. Your reassurance needs to come from the spiritual realm and the promises of God, in spite of your circumstances. Your job here on earth is to follow the Lord, His promises, love those around you even when they are not lovely, and trust in Him, not your circumstances.
In the name of Jesus, I bless you with the life of God.
