Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who desires a new heart and a job that will allow them more time for church. Lord, we acknowledge that only You can create a new heart within us and transform our lives. We pray that You would work in ###'s heart, renewing their spirit and drawing them closer to You.
Father, we also lift up ###'s job search to You. We ask that You open doors of opportunity and guide them to the right job that aligns with their skills, passions, and schedule. Grant them favor with potential employers and grant them wisdom in their decision-making process.
Lord, we know that You are a provider and that You care about every aspect of our lives. We ask that You bless ### with a job that not only meets their financial needs but also allows them the flexibility to prioritize their commitment to church and spiritual growth.
We stand in agreement with ###, believing that You will answer this prayer according to Your perfect will. We thank You in advance for the provision and the new opportunities that You will bring their way.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
