I never thought I would have to ask for ...

I never thought I would have to ask for help this way but now I am in desperate need for help. I thought that I had plenty of good friends but when problems started to hit me I found out that the reality was that those who pledged to be my friends where the first ones to turn their backs on me, now I have lost everything I valued. All my life I have worked full time and managed to build up my own company but in this economy things started to go wrong, I had to close down and now I have been trying to get a job for the past two years but everywhere I go I get the same answer we are looking for someone younger and less qualified, but I am still trying. I am buried in debt that I haven't been able to pay from when I had the business I am also paying for the house mortgage that I am now three months behind. I beg to anyone out there who has a heart to please try to donate as much as you possibly can afford to help me pay my debts and get on my feet again and hopefully be able to start my business again. Habakkuk 2:3 (NKJV) For the vision is yet for an appointed time;  But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it;  Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.

Be encouraged. When Habakkuk became depressed because he didn't think God was acting quickly enough, God has this to say: "These things I plan won't happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision/dreams will be fulfilled. If it seems slow, do not despair, for these things will surely come to pass. Just be patient.! They will not be overdue a single day." (Habakkuk 2:2&3).

Let’s Pray: God I ask in Jesus’ name, “Encourage Me!  Speak to my heart.  Let me know that everything is going to be alright.  God let me not be put to shame.  Encourage Me Lord Jesus.  Encourage me to wait upon the blessings You have promised me.  Let me not get weary in well doing so that I will reap the abundant harvest that You have promised me upon this earth.  Let me not faint, but help me to wait on You and be of good courage.  But while I am waiting Lord encourage me.  Strengthen me in my faith walk.  I know the best is yet to come.   Help me to keep my focus on YOU at all times.  Help me to keep a heart of worship and thanksgiving.   Bless me with strength, peace, joy, encouragement and the spirit of obedience to continue to live a lifestyle that is pleasing unto You as I wait on You Lord Jesus to come through for me.  God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for all those I love, care about, and the writer of this prayer.  Encourage us Lord Jesus! Amen.â€

I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth (Psalm 34:1).

I feel your pain. My husband's wages have been cut twice this year, his 14 year old daughter stole and totaled my car that was paid for, his father died right after that and we have expenses from that, hus truck broke down when we were out of town which took his entire check to fix the truck and get us home. I am on disability but was working part time but I had to give it up to care for my mom she went into a facility( that's another story) so I have been searching for part time employment for 3 years now that won't interfere with my disability income as all these things that have happenened this year ( I didn't list them all) has put us so far behind on everything. All I do is pray and ask the Lord for help. Our taxes have to be paid tomorrow or my husband's wages WILL be garnished.

I will pray for you. I know where you are in your situation.
