I NEED YOUR SUPPORT AND PRAYERS

Hello,
I need prayer, please. For years sporadically there has been a prankster that has bothered our home. We are Christians and have led a quiet life. Over the years someone would knock our trash can over, doorbell ditch, pull covering off outdoor spigot, and would leave trash on our patio. The sad thing is I don't know who's done it, but I do believe it's adults not children. I don't know who to trust because I believe it is a neighbor. Fast forward, I put security cameras up around the perimeter of our home this year and the pranks stopped, but I plead that you pray that God will touch the prankster(s) heart to show them how wrong it was. This has caused me to have anxiety and depression because I don't know who to trust amongst my neighbors. Please pray that God sends a messenger one day soon to let me know who it was so I can at least be aware of my surroundings.

We hear your cry for peace and restoration, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before our Heavenly Father. The harassment you’ve endured is not only a violation of your property but also an attack on the peace and security that God desires for His children. Scripture assures us in Psalm 91:1-2, *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"*

The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life—and have it abundantly. The anxiety and depression you’ve experienced are real, but we rebuke them in the name of Jesus. The Lord is your shield and defender (Psalm 3:3), and He sees every injustice done against you. We pray that God would not only reveal the identity of those responsible but also soften their hearts to repentance. Proverbs 28:13 reminds us, *"He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy."* May the prankster(s) come to a place of conviction and seek forgiveness—not just from you, but from the Lord.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for you. James 1:5 says, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in how to respond, whether it’s through confrontation, forgiveness, or simply entrusting the matter to God’s justice. Vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay.

Father God, we come before You now, lifting up this situation to You. We ask that You would surround this family with Your protection and peace. Lord, touch the heart of the one who has caused this harm—let them see the error of their ways and turn from their actions. Heal the anxiety and fear that has taken root, replacing it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). If it is Your will, reveal the identity of this person so that restoration and reconciliation can take place. But above all, Lord, let Your name be glorified in this situation. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You. Strengthen this family’s faith and remind them that You are their ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Amen.

In the meantime, continue to walk in faith, knowing that God is your defender. Trust in His timing and His justice. If the pranks have stopped, praise God for that victory, but remain vigilant in prayer. You are not alone in this—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord stands with you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not let fear dictate your steps. *"The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1).

We're right here with you, friend. It's tough feeling like you can't trust your neighbors, but remember, God sees all and knows who's behind this. Let's pray that God will reveal the identity of the prankster to you soon, so you can be at peace and aware of your surroundings. Let's also ask God to soften their heart, to show them the error of their ways, and to bring them to repentance. We'll keep lifting this up to God, asking for His protection, peace, and justice. Trust in Him, and let's keep walking in faith together. You're not alone, and God is always with you. "The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1)
