I Need To Renew My Relationship With God & Need Prayer For My Health

I have been having some health issues lately, I am 16 years old. I would like to pray for healing and I would like to renew my relationship with God. Heavenly father, I believe that you can make anything happen. I know you died on the cross for my sins, and please forgive me for my sins that I have created. God I know you love me unconditionally, and I haven't been praying much lately, but God you are very special and you are so forgiving and I love you like you love me and everybody else too. Please God all I ask for is for forgiveness for my sins, and healing in my body. I know you don't like us to worry, but this sickness I am dealing with is very stressful and worries me more than anything. God I need your strength. I need you to build me up from this sadness and fear. I love you God, please help me. I am in need.
