I NEED THEE EVERY HOUR
Hear, O LORD, and answer me, for I am poor and needy. Guard my life, for I am devoted to you. You are my God; save your servant who trusts in you. “Lord show me Your will and way for my marriage.†Is that your heart's cry today? Do you need to hear from the Lord all the answers to your many prayers about your marriage and all the circumstances that come when your beloved spouse is not happy and wants to leave or has left? When you do not know which way to turn, cry out to the great Shepherd and let Him guide your every step for He is with you all the time.
Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul. Rescue me from my enemies, O LORD, for I hide myself in you. Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground. For your name's sake, O LORD, preserve my life; in your righteousness, bring me out of trouble. Psalm 143:8-11
Is this your heart's cry today? I hope so. I know that you never thought you would be going through all that you are facing in your marriage and with your spouse. You dreamed of having a marriage of love, family, security, with goals and dreams. Then this happened. Your Lord is waiting for you to talk to Him all the time. He will never leave you or forsake you. The Lord is right there with you twenty-four hours a day!
There are two songs I want to share today that I believe will minister hope and healing to your wounded, broken heart. One is a hymn that is well known and many people sing the chorus from memory when they are needing the Lord’s divine intervention in their life every hour that has been in the church for many years.

I believe you may recognize the newer song that is also very popular as Chris Tomlin sings it, Lord, I Need You,
Will you surrender your heart and life to the Lord today? Will you choose to talk to the Lord all the time throughout each day? It will change and transform your life forever! Try it!
This Lord’s Day I pray that you will cry out to the Lord and pray for your spouse’s heart and life to be transformed and all prodigal hardened hearts to be softened by our Lord who died on the cross for all sinners. You can pray:
Lord, I need you so much. My marriage is totally destroyed. Please speak to me so I can hear your voice. Lord, I need thee every hour. Lord, help both me and my husband/wife to forgive each other of how we have failed each other. Lord, please help breathe new life into our marriage. Lord, we need your divine healing touch on changing both our hearts to rebuild our marriage and learn how to love and respect each other. Lord, breathe Agape and Eros love back into our marriage. Lord, soften each of our hearts and rebuild our marriage on the solid rock of Jesus Christ.
Lord, show me the way I should go. I have so many problems. Which way do I turn, to the right or to the left? How do I help my children? How do I pay my bills? Do I need to move? Lord, please do not let me go on a detour road that will cause me delays and denials because of the tricks and schemes which are coming from the enemy and my flesh. Lord, speak loudly to my heart. Lord, I am seeking Your will and way in my life and in my marriage. Answer me quickly, Lord, as I am becoming weary. Thank You for being my Husband, Defender, Deliverer, Provider, Protector and Shepherd, showing me Your love as You guide and direct my footsteps in our marriage every day. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.
Ask the Lord what you should do about every situation and see how He answers you by showing and teaching you His will and His way. I pray that these songs will minister healing to your broken heart and increase your faith and hope that your Lord God will lift you up and above your circumstances.

May you remember that your Lord God will rescue you and your spouse, preserving your marriage in His perfect timing. May you never forget that your Lord can break the strongholds of any sin that is over you and your husband or wife. Nothing is too hard for your Lord God. Now will you grow in the Lord? Will you attend church regularly? Will you read God’s Word daily? Will you pray scriptures with your spouse’s name in them daily? Will you never forget that your spouse has been taken captive by the enemy, Satan, and you can pray that the Lord will go after them and break the chains of bondages? Nothing is too hard for God to do. Let’s pray:
Lord, my prayer today is for my husband/wife and all prodigals around the world. I pray that You will go after them and set them free quickly. Lord, there are so many children of all ages who are hurting. The children need both their parents to raise them up in a Christian home. Lord, I know that You say that You will set the prisoners free, that You give sight to the blind and you lift up those who are bowed down. I praise You and thank You for what You are doing right now around the world restoring marriages. Lord touch my spouse and all prodigals around the world. Set them free from the road that leads to death. Answer all Your children quickly, dear Lord. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen. Scriptures taken from: Psalm 146:7-8, Psalm 143:7
