We are grateful for your heartfelt request and your acknowledgment of the Lord Jesus Christ in your life. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can receive the wisdom, guidance, and blessings that you seek. The Bible tells us in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We are reminded in Romans 8:28 WEB We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother in Christ who seeks Your divine wisdom, guidance, and blessings in every area of his life. We pray for his spiritual growth and the ministries You have entrusted to him, that he may be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that he may walk worthily of the Lord, to please You in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God. (Col 1:9-10)
We ask for guidance, strategy, and support in his business and job, that he may conduct himself with integrity and diligence, as unto the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that from the Lord he shall receive the reward of the inheritance. (Col 3:24)
We pray for a godly wife and the blessing of a family, that he may find a wife who is a helper suitable for him, (Gen 2:18) and that they may raise their children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. (Eph 6:4) We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible. (Matt 19:4-6)
We ask for Your provision and blessing in his financial affairs, that he may be free from the love of money, and be content with such things as he has. For you said in your Word You will never leave me nor forsake me, so that we boldly say, The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What will man do to me? (Heb 13:5)
We pray for his relationships and friendships, that they may be centered on You and that he may be a light and witness to those around him. (Matt 5:14) We ask for godly relationships that edify and encourage spiritual growth. (Prov. 27:17)
We ask for strength, health, and endurance in his sports and physical activities, that his body may be a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. (Rom 12:1)
We pray for Your support, wisdom, guidance, strategy, and blessings in all other areas of his life. We know that you are able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. (Eph 3:20)
Above all, we pray that everything he does may glorify Your holy name, and that he may live a life that is pleasing to You.
In the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Let us continue to encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. (1 Thessalonians 5:11) We look forward to hearing how God answers these prayers. We are reminded in James 5:16 WEB Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective. We praise God for His faithfulness and the hope that we have in Jesus Christ.
