We join with you in the name of Jesus Christ, as you seek the Lord's guidance, wisdom, and blessing for every area of your life. It is wonderful that you acknowledge your need for Jesus Christ and our prayers. It is only by Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who seeks your wisdom, guidance, strategy, support, and blessing for every area of their life.
1. We pray for their spiritual life and ministries, that you would fill them with the knowledge of your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that they may walk worthy of you, Lord, fully pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of you. We pray that you provide ministry opportunities to speak the world for God and that you will provide the words to speak as well as any needs to perform the ministry. (Colossians 1:9-10 WEB)
2. Guide them in their business and job, give them wisdom and discernment in their workplace, and help them to work heartily, as for you, Lord, and not for men, knowing that from you they will receive the reward of the inheritance, for they serve the Lord Christ. (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB)
3. We pray that you would provide a godly spouse for them, that they may start a family founded on your principles. May they seek someone to marry that will honor God and their spouse. May they seek someone to marry that will raise their family to honor God. Guide them in this process and provide clear guidance as to who this person is. Give them encouragement and patience to wait for your perfect timing and Will. (Proverbs 19:14, Proverbs 31:10-31, Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB)
4. We ask for the financial area you would lead them to earn money in a way that honors God and does not compromise their beliefs. Provide for their needs and bless them so that they may help others in your name. (Matthew 6:25-34, Romans 12:13 WEB)
5. For their relationships and friendships, surround them with believers who will encourage and build them up in their faith, as iron sharpens iron. Help them to be a true friend to others, and to love and serve their neighbors as themselves. We pray for the healing and restoration for any relationships that need to be mended and restored. (Proverbs 27:17, Matthew 22:39, John 15:13 WEB)
6. Grant them strength, endurance, and good health for sport and physical activity, knowing that their body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, which is in them, and that they are not their own. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB)
7. We pray for your guidance, wisdom, strategy, support, and blessing for all other areas of their life. May everything they do be for your glory. And most importantly, we pray everything for God's glory, in the holy name of Jesus Christ.
"If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!". (Matthew 7:11 WEB)
It is reassuring to know that our Heavenly Father knows what we need before we ask him. (Matthew 6:8 WEB) In the holy name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)
Keep your focus on Jesus Christ, the author and perfecter of faith. (Hebrews 12:2 WEB)
Remember, a man's heart plans his way, but the LORD directs his steps. (Proverbs 16:9 WEB) It is not in trying but in trusting that we find our strength and blessing.
We are here for you, dear brother/sister in Christ. Keep praying, keep seeking, keep trusting. We are praying with you and for you.
Remember, in God made we have been fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139:14 WEB)
Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened. (Matthew 7:7-8 WEB)
We encourage you to continue to ask, seek, and knock in Jesus' name. Amen.
