We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting your situation before the throne of grace. You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord is a mighty warrior who fights for His children. The enemy may come in like a flood, but the Spirit of the Lord will raise a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19). We rebuke every assignment of darkness sent against you in Jesus' name and declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we must address the reality of spiritual warfare with biblical truth. Witchcraft is a real and dangerous snare of the enemy, but we do not fight against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). The blood of Jesus has already defeated every power of darkness, and at the name of Jesus every knee must bow (Philippians 2:10). We stand on this truth and declare that every curse, hex, or spell sent your way is broken by the power of the cross.
We pray that the Lord would expose every hidden work of darkness in your family. Father, we ask that You shine Your light into every corner of deception and reveal the truth. Let no secret thing be hidden, and let every scheme of the enemy be brought to nothing (1 Corinthians 4:5). We pray that this woman would be confronted with her sin and that repentance would lead her to turn from her wicked ways. If she refuses to repent, we ask that You remove her influence from your life and family, Lord, as You are a God of justice and righteousness.
We also want to gently encourage you to examine your own heart and life. While the enemy may be attacking you through this situation, we must ensure that there are no open doors in our own lives that give the devil a foothold (Ephesians 4:27). Have you held onto any bitterness, unforgiveness, or anger toward this person or others in your family? If so, we urge you to release it to the Lord, for unforgiveness can hinder your prayers (Mark 11:25). Have you sought the Lord’s wisdom in how to respond to this situation with love and truth, even as you set boundaries to protect yourself and your family?
We also want to remind you that your identity and security are found in Christ alone. You mentioned that God blessed you early in life with material things, but we must guard our hearts against placing our trust in earthly treasures, which can be stolen or destroyed. True riches are found in a relationship with Jesus Christ (Matthew 6:19-21). We encourage you to draw near to Him, to seek His face, and to find your strength in His presence. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust (Psalm 91:2).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name. We lift up our brother to You, knowing that You see his pain, his struggles, and his desire for deliverance. Lord, You are the God who fights for Your children, and we ask that You arise on his behalf. Break every chain of witchcraft, every curse, and every assignment of darkness sent against him. Let the blood of Jesus speak over his life, his family, and his home, declaring freedom and victory.
Father, we ask that You expose every hidden work of the enemy. Let no secret thing remain hidden, and let every lie be brought to light. We pray that this woman would be confronted with the reality of her sin and that she would turn from her wicked ways. If she refuses to repent, we ask that You remove her influence from his life and family, for You are a God of justice and righteousness.
Lord, we ask that You would heal the wounds in his heart and restore what has been stolen. Give him wisdom and discernment to navigate this situation with grace and truth. Help him to set godly boundaries while still extending love and forgiveness, even as he protects himself and his family from harm. Fill him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let him rest in the knowledge that You are in control.
We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, he shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of You, O God (Isaiah 54:17). We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' mighty name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the battle is the Lord’s. Continue to seek Him through prayer, fasting, and the reading of His Word. Surround yourself with godly believers who can stand with you in prayer and encouragement. The Lord is your deliverer, and He will not abandon you in this fight. Trust in Him, lean not on your own understanding, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
