I need God to perform miracles in my life ...

I need God to perform miracles in my life and heal my shoulders, neck, and back. I have been out of work for 13 months and am trying to go back soon. The pain is going to make it difficult since I am in Assembly and need healing now and encouragement from our Lord. Also, struggling with confidence being able to go back to work, and am having anxiety issues. Taking heavy meds which I am not proud of and would like the Lords deliverance. They do seem to help though. The pain tempts me to take them, so if God would heal my body it would encourage me to not take the prescribed meds. Need God to act now with healing!
