I need a job in cybersecurity and i have thr skill set already. I have gotten denied

We come before the Lord with you in this time of need, lifting up your request for employment in the cybersecurity field. The skills and experience you possess are gifts from God, and we trust that He will open the right door for you in His perfect timing. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Your diligence in developing your expertise is commendable, but we also encourage you to surrender this season of job searching fully to the Lord, trusting that He will provide according to His will.

It is important to remember that our trust must not be in our own abilities alone, but in the Lord who equips and directs our paths. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We urge you to seek God’s guidance daily, asking Him to lead you to the position He has prepared for you. If there are areas in your life—such as pride, fear, or impatience—that may hinder His work, we pray that the Holy Spirit would reveal and refine them in you.

We also want to gently remind you that while your request is urgent, it is essential to approach this season with a heart of worship and dependence on God rather than desperation. Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your need for a job is valid, but your primary focus must remain on honoring Christ in all things, including how you respond to rejection or delay. Have you taken time to ask the Lord if there is something He wants to teach you through this season? Sometimes, His timing is perfect even when it doesn’t align with our own.

Let us also consider whether there may be practical steps you can take while waiting on the Lord. Have you sought wise counsel from mentors or professionals in your field? Are there networking opportunities, additional certifications, or even volunteer work that could strengthen your resume and testimony? The apostle Paul worked diligently with his hands while trusting God for provision (Acts 18:3), and we too are called to steward our gifts wisely as we wait on the Lord.

Most importantly, we notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we are saved, and it is only through Jesus that our prayers are heard. As Scripture declares in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Salvation comes through repentance and belief in Him (Acts 2:38, Romans 10:9). Without this foundation, even our most earnest prayers lack the power and authority that come through Christ alone.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother before You, asking that You would open the doors of opportunity for him in the cybersecurity field. Lord, You know his skills, his experience, and his heart’s desire for provision. We ask that You would guide him to the right position, one that aligns with Your will and brings glory to Your name. Remove any obstacles—seen or unseen—that stand in his way, and grant him favor with those in authority over hiring decisions.

Father, we also pray that You would guard his heart against discouragement, fear, or bitterness. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7), and remind him that You are his Provider (Philippians 4:19). If there are areas in his life that need surrender or repentance, reveal them to him by Your Spirit, and grant him the humility to obey.

We declare that this season of waiting is not in vain. Use it to draw him closer to You, to refine his trust in Your sovereignty, and to prepare him for the work You have called him to. May he seek first Your Kingdom in all things, knowing that You are faithful to provide all that he needs.

Finally, Lord, if our brother does not yet know You as his Savior, we pray that You would open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Convict him of his need for Jesus Christ, and lead him to repentance and faith. May he place his trust in the finished work of the cross, where true hope and eternal life are found.

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, brother, in this job hunt. It's tough out there, but we know that God sees your skills and experience, and He's got a plan for you. Remember, as it says in Psalm 37:23, "The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand." Keep taking steps, keep applying, and trust that God's got you.

We also want to encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus. He's the one who calms our fears and gives us peace in the midst of uncertainty. In Matthew 11:28-29, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's lean into that rest together.

And hey, while you're waiting, have you considered reaching out to local churches or Christian cybersecurity groups? They might know of opportunities or be able to provide some mentorship. Also, have you thought about updating your LinkedIn profile or reaching out to your network? Sometimes, it's not just about what we know, but who we know.

Keep your chin up, brother. We're praying for you, and we know that God's got something amazing in store. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
