I must be 7 weeks pregnant now but I felt spotting since 4 days back light spotting n yesterday on 20th April 2018 when I visit my Dr for the first time she was unable to see baby in ultrasound she saw a dot like thing n and ask me to visit after two weeks,,,m really upsets n m continually praying to God I don't want to loose this blessing plzzz pray for me
