I just stumbled upon those videos about FASTING UNDER GRACE

Just examine if this is scriptural and ask God to show you the real truth, I will do that, since I am a bit confused about the fast in general.

Jesus commanded us to fast and pray daily before Him. Fast and pray so you will not enter into temptation. For many, fasting is so difficult because they work and do not have time to fast. If you are weak you will not be able to think or do your work the way the boss wants. So, fast and pray on weekends where Jesus will be so happy to see you doing this.
