We hear your pain and distress, and our hearts go out to you in this difficult time. The physical pain you're experiencing in your ### is real, and we want to lift you up in prayer, asking for God’s healing touch. We also sense the deep emotional and spiritual burden you carry, and we want to remind you that the Lord sees you, hears you, and cares for you more than you can imagine.

First, we encourage you to seek medical attention for your ### if you haven’t already. God has given us wisdom in medicine, and it is wise to use the resources He has provided to care for your body. The Bible tells us in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." Your physical well-being matters to God, and He desires for you to be whole.

We also want to gently address the spiritual weight you are carrying. It sounds like you are feeling overwhelmed, possibly even hopeless, and we want you to know that God is near to the brokenhearted. Psalm 34:18 says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not alone, and God is with you in this struggle. We pray that you would feel His presence and peace, even in the midst of your pain.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who alone is our Healer and Redeemer. Lord, we lift up this dear one to You, who is experiencing physical pain in their ### and deep emotional and spiritual distress. We ask, Father, that You would touch their body with Your healing hand. Ease their pain, restore their strength, and guide them to the right medical care. We trust in Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."

Lord, we also ask that You would comfort their heart. We don’t know the full extent of their struggles, but You do. You see every tear, every fear, and every burden they carry. We pray that You would draw near to them, wrap them in Your love, and remind them that they are precious in Your sight. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, if there is any sin, guilt, or shame weighing on their heart, we ask that You would bring it to light and cleanse them by the blood of Jesus. Remind them that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). If they have not yet placed their trust in Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that You would open their heart to receive the gift of salvation. For it is only through Jesus that we have access to You, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that they would confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that You raised Him from the dead, so that they may be saved (Romans 10:9).

Lord, we also pray for those they have mentioned, those they care for and those who may be struggling as well. We ask that You would pour out Your healing, provision, and grace upon them. Strengthen their faith and draw them closer to You.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would give this dear one hope. Remind them that this pain is not the end of their story. You are the God who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5), and we trust that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Help them to hold onto Your promises and to walk in faith, even when the road is hard.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In this time of struggle, we want to encourage you to lean on God’s Word. Meditate on Scriptures that speak of His love, faithfulness, and healing. Here are a few to start with:

- "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." (Psalm 55:22)
- "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
- "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." (Psalm 147:3)

If you are feeling overwhelmed, reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or a local church community. You do not have to carry this burden alone. God often works through the hands and hearts of His people to bring comfort and support.

Lastly, if you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we want to gently invite you to consider doing so today. Jesus is the only way to true peace, healing, and eternal life. He loves you so much that He died on the cross for your sins, and He rose again so that you could have new life in Him. If you would like to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you can pray a simple prayer like this:

"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your forgiveness. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose again from the dead. I turn away from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for Your love and grace. In Your name, I pray. Amen."

If you prayed that prayer, we rejoice with you! We encourage you to find a local church where you can grow in your faith and be discipled. The Christian life is not meant to be walked alone, and we are here to support you in any way we can.

Your cry came through, even through the garbled message, and we want you to know we hear you. You’re in so much pain, and on top of that you’re trying to care for others. That kind of weight is crushing, especially when your own body isn’t cooperating. It’s okay to admit you’re overwhelmed. We’re so sorry you’re hurting like this.

It sounds like your wrists are badly injured. Please, as soon as you’re able, have them checked by a doctor or go to an urgent care. Pain this severe needs attention, that’s not a failure of faith, it’s simply good care for the body God gave you. We’ll pray for healing, but also for wisdom for anyone who treats you.

You asked us to pray for your family’s healing, and we will. We may not have every name clear, but God does. He sees you, exhausted and worried, and He hasn’t disappeared. Right now, even small steps matter. If you can, let someone nearby, a friend, a neighbor, or someone from your church, step in and help with the caregiving, even for a few hours. You need a chance to rest your wrists and catch your breath. It’s not weakness to accept that; it’s how we keep going when the load is too heavy.

Jesus, we bring our sister to You in the middle of her pain. Please guide her to the care she needs and give her relief. Sustain her as she looks after others, and grant her pockets of true rest. We lift up each family member she’s carrying on her heart, bring healing where it’s needed, and wrap them all in Your peace. You know every detail, and we trust them to Your love. In Your name we pray, Amen.

The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. Your wrists, your body, your loved ones, your whole overwhelmed frame, all are within reach of His abundant streams of healing. He who made the body can mend it; He who bore our sicknesses can grant relief. Cry to Him in your distress, for He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds.

When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, they need not say they are sick, for the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings. Pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction; both are bestowed on those who look to Jesus. That same voice which said to the palsied man, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you,” speaks still with power to soul and body. Bring your pain, your cares, your helplessness, and lay them before Him who is mighty to save.

Do not let the cares of this life entangle you so that you cannot hear the healing Word. It is when Christ is teaching, when His Gospel is sounding forth, that the power to heal is most conspicuously present. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Hear it feelingly, asking the Lord to make the Word cut into your soul and bring its balm. The healing, whether of body or spirit, is the work of God alone, not of your striving or despairing. Look away from the pain to the Physician; establish that contact of trust, for there is healing in the very touch of Christ.

First forgiveness, then healing, this is His order. If you believe in Jesus, you are brought into contact with Omnipotence, and that Omnipotence will heal you. Let there be no slumbering silence about your wounds; you have cared enough for them to cry out. Now care also to receive the remedy. God bless you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You cry out in great pain, and it is right to bring this need before the church. When the body hurts so severely that the mind itself is battered by the waves of anguish, ordinary comforts fail. You say you are in so much agony, and the care of another presses upon you even as your own wrists fail. This is a heavy cross.

Reflect deeply on the words the Lord spoke to the paralytic: “Behold, thou art made whole; sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.” A fearful thing is sin, and its mischief oftentimes overflows and attacks the body itself. Since when the soul is diseased we feel no pain, but when the body suffers even a little we rush to free it, God in His mercy sometimes scourges the inferior part so that the better part may receive healing. See then this present affliction not simply as a senseless cruelty, but as the careful knife of the excellent Physician, applying external cautery because internal remedies have been refused. Do not therefore despise His long-suffering. Let this pain be a ground for abstaining from sin, not a plea for obstinacy. For if He is long-suffering, He most certainly punishes; and if the chastisement falls now, it is to draw you back before the final and far more fearful judgment.

Yet do not think you suffer alone, or seek cold comfort in the thought that others suffer worse. In overwhelming torment, the reason has no leisure to look at neighbors and find consolation there. Such thoughts are fables of foolish children. Instead, fix your gaze on the Captain of our salvation, made perfect through sufferings. For it became Him, who tenderly cares for all, to give up the Son for the salvation of many. Christ Himself was glorified when He suffered, and His sufferings abound in us. Your endurance now, offered in union with Him, works a weight of glory beyond all comparison.

Let the long-suffering of God take root in you, for there is nothing so impenetrable as a long-suffering soul. Like a spark falling into the deep that is quickly quenched, whatever unexpected evil falls upon such a soul vanishes and disturbs it not. This is a great gain from affliction, if you meet it with grave and steadfast love. And you are not without help. The faithful are bidden to pray for the whole world, for those in distress, for healing of body and soul. Let the church bear this burden with you. In your own prayers, pour out your agony to the God who loves mankind, and know that the very blood of Christ speaks a better word, procuring not merely a partial redemption but an entire deliverance from this slavery to corruption. Do not lose heart, but treasure up for yourself, not wrath, but salvation.

I can hear the desperation in your words, and I am so sorry you are in such pain. Wrist pain can be relentless, and trying to care for another person when your own body is screaming for help is a crushing weight. Please know that you are not alone right now. Even in this jumbled cry for help, the Lord hears you clearly.

You mentioned a heavy burden, and I want you to consider something vitally important. The weight you are feeling right now is not a burden God has laid on you to crush you. Jesus said, “My yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” He is not the one piling on demands that leave you unable to function. So often, we take on impossible loads ourselves, or we absorb the expectations of others, and we mistakenly think that this grinding pressure is from the Lord. It is not. His heart toward you, right now, is an invitation: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

Bring your physical pain to Him. Bring the exhaustion of caregiving. Jesus is not standing apart, watching you struggle. He understood suffering in His body, and He bore our pains. There was a time I foolishly prayed to take someone else’s physical pain onto myself, and the Lord gently reminded me that He had already carried it for her. That moment ended in healing. I am not saying that all pain vanishes instantly, but I am saying that the One who heals already knows your hurt and has provided for your wholeness. I am praying right now for your wrists to be restored, for inflammation to recede, for new strength to flow into your hands. I am also praying for healing for the person you are caring for, whatever their need may be.

While you wait for that relief, do not let the pressure convince you that God disapproves of you or has abandoned you to this. The burdens that men place on us can be harsh, but Jesus’ way is rest for your soul. Carrying the weight of your own self-expectation, the drive to always please others or to manage everything perfectly, will always leave you agitated and exhausted. But living simply to please the Father, trusting Him with what you cannot do, is light. He does not ask you to break yourself.

Right now, in the thick of the pain, lift your hands however you can in your heart and worship. The suffering of this present moment, as overwhelming as it feels, is not worthy to be compared with the glory that will one day be revealed. Cast your cares on Him, because He cares for you. I am asking the Lord to give you practical help, a respite in your caregiving, and a supernatural mending of your body. You are precious to Him. He has not forsaken you. Hold on, and rest in His light burden.

We want you to know how deeply we’ve been lifting you up in prayer these past days. Our hearts have been heavy as we’ve asked the Lord to bring healing to your wrists, to grant you strength and relief from the pain, and to provide the care and support you need during this difficult time. We’ve also prayed for peace to guard your heart and mind, trusting that God sees your struggle and is working even when we can’t see it.

If the Lord has answered our prayers and brought you healing or comfort, we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If you’re still waiting for His touch, please don’t hesitate to post your request again—we’re here to stand with you, lifting your needs before our Heavenly Father until He moves on your behalf.

May the Lord surround you with His presence, grant you patience in the waiting, and remind you that He is your healer and your strength. We continue to pray for your complete restoration and for His peace to fill every part of your life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
