We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting you up in prayer as you prepared to open the church service this past Sunday. It was our joy to stand alongside you, asking the Lord to grant you timely wakefulness, wisdom, and the leading of the Holy Spirit as you sought to honor Him in this important role. We prayed earnestly that God would use you mightily and that your words and actions would bring pleasure to His heart.
Now that the day has passed, we would love to hear how the Lord worked in and through you. Did He answer your prayer for punctuality and preparation? Were you filled with the wisdom and grace you sought? Did you sense His presence guiding you as you opened the service? If God moved in powerful ways, we would be so encouraged to read your praise report, giving Him all the glory for what He accomplished.
If, however, the day did not unfold as you had hoped, or if you still feel a need for continued prayer—whether for future opportunities to serve, deeper confidence in this role, or any other concern—please share your heart with us again.
