Dear Lord please ease this young girl's panic and offer her a sense of peace and calm. May she feel your comforting presence and know that things will be alright. Please send her the right people in her life to guide her and protect her and may she grow ever stronger in her faith. In Jesus' name...amen.
Ambermarie.. I wanted to post a personal not as well. My youngest son suffered from anxiety and panic attacks at a very young age. We were able to find someone to help us deal with it as a family, although he temporarily needed medication. It helped him immensely. If you havent already, please talk to your parents, a school counselor or an adult that you trust. My son was able to get his attacks under control and has had no problems since, so I know it's difficult but it can be done. God bless~~
