I have had so much going on these last few months and am in need of some good old fashioned prayers and blessings for me & my husband. I have had to have surgery on my right shoulder and we are being petitioned to pay his son's mother to pay HER lawyer fees for something SHE continued. We have been ready to pay 1/2 of college expenses, to help their son in any way, but she wants more. She doesn't work (voluntarily) and is super against their son having his father's last name, we never get to see him, he is 18 now but has been totally brainwashed so he goes with whatever she says so as to not upset her. We have complied, my husband was always on time with child support, never a dead beat, but we just seem to keep being knocked down. It's time justice is served to someone who is keeping father & son apart, he doesn't know his father's family well, he feels lost, but we're the bad guys. I pray for peace, for her to gather what she needs from our Lord, but not us, we are barely surviving ourselves. I pray our court system sees what is fair. Here is a man willing to be a father, has tried so hard, and he is kicked to the curb. We are struggling right now with me off of work and we just CAN'T. It's not right we have to go beyond our means when she is capable of work, she just chooses to milk the system. Please God, in Jesus' name, I pray that we are relieved of this financial burden that is not ours. We've paid what we owe, we are doing what we can, but God, this was accumulated for self-satisfaction on her part, to get all she can from us. I pray with my whole heart and soul that we are heard. In Jesus' name, AMEN.
