I have fallen into a deep depressed state and am struggling to get out of it. Lord God its been a really hard year but I know this is not of you. Please help me to regain momentum, motivation, joy and a positive outlook on all things again. Heal my hurting heart. Take away all the confusion, fear and feeling of dispair. Help me to stop breaking down and crying all the time. Help my mind and body combat this and become strong again. Give me a warrior spirit that can help me overcome this so I can be what you decided I would be long ago. Restore my spirit to a healthy, strong and lively spirit. Amen
