I have been praying for a home for my family for several years. At one time I was working towards a Habit House for my family. After I started putting hours in we lost the ho,e because they said we did not have eno ugh income and we were lead to believe that the home was ours becasue we were actively working on other homes! Well I continued to pray. We continued to be denied for loans because of our poor credit and income. My daughter (who is currently 10) came to me a few years ago as a 7 year old and told me she had a dream and said that Jesus told said that I needed to save my money for the home he had for me. At the t ime I was back slidden and I didnt listen. I would play the lottery and believe I would be able to buy a home that way. I was so far off!!!! This year I decided my child was right. I saved my income tax check and told the Lord I was listening. I began working on my credit as well. I found a home I loved (online) and prayed I could have it. When the realtor was taking me out that day she had scheduled me for three homes. I asked Jesus to let me know if any of those places were for me. The first home was the one I thought I wanted. We went inside and I just wanted to leave. The second home was different. By the time we had looked through the home I know I felt the presence of God. I put in for a loan and was prequalified. I fought for 7 months for banks and lenders to close on the house. Finally Wells Fargo told me they were going to deny me after all that time and since I had been denied for an FHA loan for that property I would not be able to apply for an FHA for 6 months for that property. For the size and price I knew it wouldnt last. It wa s along shot but I called another lender and spoke to them about my situation. They requested the case be transfered to them....and it was!!! Wells Fargo did not fight they transfered it! The company is in teh final stages of under writing. I need prayer for favor. The reason I was denied was becasue of student loans, which I went to school so I can give my family a better life...not to hender blessings. Though I still have not obtained a job it is not for lack of trying. I am praying for favor... I want to celebrate Christmas in our new home. I pray this goes through and in enough time to have the homre ready to celebrate the holiday. I need many helpers to make this happen. I am praying for favor that once I close I find a job that will allow me to provide for the home and family and there will be no lack. We will have the things we need, some things we want and my 10% tithe will be abundant! Thank you Jesus for the favor you have granted to me, my husband as well. He needs a job that does not lay him off at the end of each year. Thank you Jesus for your love, kindness and provision.
