Beloved of All
I have a few "problem: customers", who do things in a way that cause problems or headaches for me, and no matter how many times I tell them, it goes in one ear and out the other. Most of it is job-related stuff, but one {I'm an American and she's Jamaican} is in my car constantly badmouthing my country, right in front of me. {Yet she came here.} I think this is disrespectful, like if I got off a plane in Kingston Jamaica hailed a taxi and started badmouthing Jamaica to the Jamaican driver in his own country. To me, it's just bad manners and rude, even arrogant. I finally had to tell her off a bit yesterday. This, and other things those specific customers do, like abuse the time I give them {when I have another appointment within a time { call me for "off hours" {late at night, my day off on Sunday, tell me the last minute and expect me to drop everything and run to them. Don't take no for an answer when I can't do something. Talking to them doesn't help, they do what they want. So request is that they get more sensitive to the needs of others, or are replaced by more "manageable" customers.
