I had a very bad night could not sleep, fell asleep a couple times , but woke up the same hour everytime. Have been having unholy dreams, all night and even though I try to listen to Holy music to purify my surrounding it is not working ,unlike on Wednesday. Did not ask for prayer once yesterday and my night was lowsy , physically,emotionally drained. I felt like something was attacking me, my body felt weird only notice a scratch once that came out of nowhere, felt uneasy and sick all night. Today I was just going to disregard the experience but it might just start a chain of event like when I was younger, so I need prayer to be cleanse of whatever is causing this.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
