Please pray God will fill the void in my heart, Lord knows what I have been going through with my ###. Dear ###,

We understand the deep pain and frustration you're experiencing in your marriage. Let us first bring this matter before the Lord in prayer.

"Father, we lift up this marriage to You, knowing that You desire unity and love between a husband and wife. We pray that You fill the void in our sister's heart with Your love and comfort. Lord, we ask that You soften her husband's heart, that he may put away childish and arrogant behaviors. Help him to see the value of communication and expressing his love language to his wife. We rebuke the spirit of laziness and pride in this relationship, and we ask that You, Lord Jesus, reveal Yourself to her husband in a powerful way. Make him a new creation in You, that old things may pass away, and all things become new. We stand on Your Word from Ephesians 1:22, that You have put all things under Christ's feet, and we pray that the enemy's influence be removed from this marriage. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Now, let us encourage and advise you based on God's Word. In Ephesians 5:25-33, the WEB says, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it... Nevertheless let each one of you in particular love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband." Both husbands and wives have a role to play in maintaining a godly marriage. Continue to respect and pray for your husband, while also expressing your feelings and concerns to him in a loving manner.

Remember, God's will is for your good and His glory. In Romans 8:28, the WEB says, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in your situation, even when you cannot see it.

Lastly, ensure that you are both centered on Jesus Christ. If either of you strays from this focus, it can lead to misunderstandings and hurt. As it says in Colossians 3:14, "Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection." Keep your hearts and minds focused on the love of Christ, and He will guide your marriage.

We're here with you, ###, standing in the gap and lifting your marriage up to the Lord. We've been praying, and we want to share some more words of encouragement with you.

First, remember that God is always faithful, even when we can't see His work. In Lamentations 3:22-23, it says, "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Trust that God is working in your husband's heart, even if it feels slow.

We also want to remind you of the power of agreement in prayer. In Matthew 18:19-20, Jesus tells us, "Again, truly I tell you, if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." Keep praying with others, and keep believing that God will move on your behalf.

Lastly, keep your heart soft and open to God. In Psalm 51:10, David prays, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me." Ask God to soften your heart as well, so you can receive His love and comfort, and also to help you respond in love to your husband.

We're believing with you that God will turn things around for your good and for the glory of His name. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep loving. God is with you, ###.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
