We hear the deep pain, exhaustion, and frustration in your words. The hurt from feeling unappreciated, disrespected, and even targeted by your own daughter is a wound that cuts to the very core of your heart. You are not wrong to long for peace, dignity, and a life free from constant conflict and accusation. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are seen, and your pain is known to God.

However, we must address the anger and bitterness that has taken root in your heart. While your feelings are valid, the desire to cut off all ties, change your identity, and flee as far as possible is not the path of healing or restoration that God desires for you. Ephesians 4:26-27 warns us, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." The enemy would love nothing more than to use this pain to isolate you, fill you with bitterness, and drive a wedge between you and your daughter, and ultimately, between you and God. We rebuke the spirit of division, hatred, and unforgiveness that seeks to destroy your family and your faith. In the name of Jesus, we command it to leave.

Your daughter’s behavior is not excusable, but it is not your responsibility to control her actions, only your response to them. Romans 12:18 says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This does not mean you must tolerate abuse or disrespect, but it does mean you are called to extend grace, even when it is not returned. Have you considered that her anger may stem from her own pain, brokenness, or unmet needs? Proverbs 15:1 reminds us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Even in offering her coffee, your heart was reaching out in love, and it is tragic that it was met with hostility.

We also must address the mention of "the blood of Jesus" at the end of your request. While we are grateful you acknowledge His sacrifice, we must ensure your heart is fully surrendered to Him. Salvation comes not just by acknowledging the blood of Jesus, but by repenting of sin, believing in His resurrection, and submitting to Him as Lord. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not fully given your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, turn from them, and invite Jesus to be the Lord of your life. Only then can true healing and breakthrough come.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts on behalf of our sister who is hurting deeply. Lord, You see the pain, the exhaustion, and the sense of betrayal she feels. You know the words that have been spoken, the rejection she has endured, and the weariness in her spirit. We ask that You would draw near to her, Lord, and wrap Your arms of comfort around her. Heal the wounds in her heart and replace the bitterness with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of division and unforgiveness that seeks to destroy her relationships and her faith. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and we cancel every assignment of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy in her life. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and give her the strength to forgive, even when it is hard. Help her to see her daughter through Your eyes, broken, in need of love, and in desperate need of Your grace.

Lord, we ask that You would provide her with wisdom in how to navigate this relationship. Give her the words to speak in love, the boundaries to set in wisdom, and the courage to stand firm in her faith. If it is Your will, restore what has been broken between them. If not, give her the peace to release her daughter into Your hands, trusting that You will work all things together for her good.

Father, we also ask that You would open her eyes to the areas where she needs to surrender to You. If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or anger in her heart, reveal it to her, Lord, and give her the strength to lay it at the foot of the cross. We pray that she would fully submit to You, not just in word, but in deed, and that she would experience the freedom and joy that comes from walking in Your will.

Lord, we ask that You would provide for her needs, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Give her the strength to take the next steps You have for her, whether that is seeking counseling, finding a community of believers to support her, or simply resting in Your presence. Surround her with people who will speak life into her, encourage her, and remind her of Your love.

Finally, Lord, we pray for her daughter. Soften her heart, Lord, and draw her to You. If she does not know You, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to her in a powerful way. Break the chains of anger, bitterness, and entitlement in her life, and replace them with Your love and grace. Let her see the error of her ways and turn to You for healing.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and set free. Amen.

Dear sister, we want to encourage you with the truth of God’s Word. You are not alone, and you are not without hope. Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Even in this pain, God has a plan for you, a plan for healing, restoration, and peace.

We urge you to seek godly counsel, whether through a pastor, a Christian counselor, or a trusted believer in your life. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." You do not have to walk this path alone. There are people who can help you navigate this season with wisdom and grace.

We also encourage you to spend time in God’s Word and in prayer. Psalm 119:105 says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." The Bible is not just a book, it is the living Word of God, and it has the power to transform your heart and mind. As you meditate on Scripture, ask God to speak to you, to comfort you, and to guide you.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God sees your hard work, your sacrifices, and your heart. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your labor is not in vain, and God will reward your faithfulness.

Hold on to hope, dear sister. This season of pain will not last forever. God is working, even when you cannot see it, and He will not abandon you. Trust in Him, lean on Him, and allow His love to heal your heart.

We hear how exhausted and hurt you sound. When the one place that should feel safe is filled with screaming and rejection over something as simple as offering coffee, it cuts deep. The sense of being taken from for a lifetime, by family and by life itself, makes the ache even heavier. It makes perfect sense that you want a fresh start, a new address, a place where the hostility cannot follow.

What you are describing takes real courage to survive day after day. You have been holding on under a storm of verbal cruelty that no one should have to endure. Please do not let the volume of the shouting convince you that the lies it carries are true. Being screamed at does not make you selfish; it reflects the chaos of the person screaming, not your worth. We are sorry you are being treated this way.

As you look for that second job and plan your move, we hope you will not carry this alone. Even as you flee the toxic environment, moving in haste or isolation can leave you vulnerable. We encourage you to speak with a wise, safe person, perhaps a pastor or a trusted friend, who can help you think through a solid, secure plan that truly protects you for the long term. A clean break matters, but so does having steady support as you rebuild your life in peace. You deserve safety, not just a new zip code.

We are praying that God opens a door to a home where you can breathe without fear, and that He brings trustworthy people to walk alongside you. Let's pray.

Lord Jesus, this is someone who has been worn down by cruel words and a lifetime of being taken from. We ask You for a safe home, a clear path, and honest work to sustain them. Bring reliable people around them for this next season, and shield their heart from the bitterness that tries to take root. In Your mercy, give them a tangible breakthrough and the quiet they have been longing for. In Your name, amen.

The Lord has heard your groaning, and your cry has entered into His ears. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even when the arrows of domestic strife fly thick and fast. You are not forsaken, though your own household seems turned against you; He who maketh peace in thy borders can still the raging of this tempest, and He will fill thee with the finest of the wheat if thou wilt but stay thy mind on Him.

This trial has come upon you like the noise of archers, but the deliverance you need is not chiefly a new address or a changed name, it is a soul anchored in the peace which passeth all understanding. The carnal sense sees every day new straits attend, and wonders where the scene will end; but faith looks beyond the present bitterness and finds rest in the wounded side of Jesus. Thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek Thee. Seek, and ye shall find; knock, and the door shall surely be opened.

That screaming voice which calls you selfish is but a dark thought making the ocean of your soul boil; yet Christ can say, “Peace, be still.” To do the will of Jesus, this is rest, even when loved ones prove hateful. Bear your sorrow with Him, and you shall find perfect peace, though sorrows surge around. His ways of deliverance are His own; He does not deliver according to the interpretation put upon deliverance by our shrinking flesh and blood. He may not at once remove the thorn, but He will give grace enough to endure it until He brings you forth with silver and gold of sanctified experience.

You speak of a second job, a distant removal, and a severing of bonds. God may open such a door, and it is not wrong to seek a quiet habitation. But see to it that you go not in the gall of bitterness, for that would be to exchange one prison for another. If He brings you forth, it must be with a heart washed in the blood of the Lamb, leaving vengeance to Him. Vengeance is Mine, I will repay, saith the Lord. If you take the honor of deliverance to yourself, you will only find new chains; but if you trust His free grace, you shall know that He has delivered you from the power of darkness and translated you into the kingdom of His dear Son.

This is a hopeful inference: you shall get safely Home. Earth is our lodge, and Heaven our home. The clock of mercy struck in Heaven the hour and moment of your deliverance, for the time had come. Sinner, do not doubt your deliverance, for God has said it, I have found a ransom. And if the Redeemer has paid the price for your soul, shall He not also care for your daily bread and a quiet roof? He who spared not His own Son but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

Therefore, hold your peace, and I will teach you wisdom. Cease from the striving of the flesh, the planning of revenge, the cry to be hidden from the face of the hateful. Cast your burden upon the Lord; He will sustain you. Declare His works when He answers, for you shall not die but live, and proclaim what He has done. Take this cluster full of new wine: “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.” Get at its juice; suck it; it is yours. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within. And when He sends forth His commandment upon earth, His word runs very swiftly to heal the broken-hearted and to set at liberty them that are bruised. Look to Him alone, and He shall give you the desire of your heart, first the peace that passeth all understanding, and then, as He wills, the outward mercies that quiet your days.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
