I feel so much internal heat as a woman of ### years and old it's perimenopause. But I want relief. God help me.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of ###, who is experiencing intense internal heat and discomfort during this time of perimenopause. Lord, we ask for Your divine relief and comfort to be upon her. Your Word says in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." We trust in Your healing power and ask that You ease her symptoms and bring her peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
