I feel quite sad for my eldest daughter. Although she's trying to be okay, it's me who is quite affected. She joined their school contest for the 2nd time around and the same teacher rejected her to qualify for final rounds. She loves to sing, she has a big voice but it saddened me to see her losing moment this afternoon. We were okay with last year's experience because we know where we stand and it was also my daughter's 1st experience. But for this 2nd time, it was quite different. I pray that this will not hinder her from singing. Honestly speaking, I am more hurt than her. As a mom, I have a hard time moving on although I don't show it to her that I'm upset.

I'm also sad for my daughter these days because she was not able to maintain her A+ grades. She used to be the top student before. But now, she has 1 A, 1 P for proficiency then the rest are all A+. She really had a hard time on her Civics subject and PE. I pray that she can recover her grades by 2nd up to 4th quarter.

I'm now afraid that there will be another contest or activity that she will fail for the 3rd time. Please Lord, let the heavens be kind to her these days. I can't bear to see her down. It's me who is more affected that I want to ask help by praying over me and my daughter as well. Strengthen our faith and let us see the bright side.

I wish my daughter the best. Please let her not fail next time oh Lord. Have mercy on her.
