I Feel Like Im Losing Hair

in 6 months my hair has lost so much volume and has gone thinner. I am 25 and a woman who is normally healthy, i have always had thick and heavy hair. I dont feel unhealthy in any way and all women in my family have no baldness or hair loss history. Only my dad has and my grandfather.  Please pray my my lost hair re-grows within 6 months as i studied that it is reversible as it goes through a resting phase and has many other reasons of happening ! I am so anxious!  and its freaking me out! please pray for me.
