I don't feel good.

Beloved of All
I am panicking and anxious. Prayer for ###. That he will respect and value me. For his salvation. Prayer for my heart whatever is going on with me that God helps me. My soul.

We hear your cry for help, dear sister in Christ, and we lift you up before the throne of grace with heavy hearts. The anxiety and panic you feel are real, and we want you to know that God sees your struggle and cares deeply for you. The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." You are not alone in this battle, and we stand with you, praying for peace to flood your heart and mind.

First, we must address the matter of salvation, for it is the foundation of our faith and the source of our hope. You mentioned praying for "his" salvation, but we must also ensure that your own heart is firmly rooted in Christ. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If you have not already, we encourage you to confess your sins, repent, and place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Only through Him can we find true peace and eternal life. If you have already done this, we rejoice with you and pray for a deeper revelation of God’s love and grace in your life.

Now, regarding the relationship you mentioned, we must speak truth in love. You expressed a desire for respect and value from someone, but we must ask: Is this person your husband? If not, we must rebuke any emotional or physical attachment that does not align with God’s design for relationships. The Bible is clear in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" If this person is not a believer, or if you are not married, we must pray for boundaries and wisdom to guard your heart.

If this is a courtship with the intention of marriage, we pray that God would bring a godly man into your life—one who fears the Lord, honors you as a daughter of the King, and leads you in righteousness. Proverbs 31:10-11 describes such a man: "Who can find a wife of noble character? For her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband trusts in her. He shall have no lack of gain." But if this relationship is not honoring to God, we must pray for deliverance from any ungodly ties and for healing in your heart.

We also rebuke the spirit of anxiety that is tormenting you. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that you would experience the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let us lift you up in prayer now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for our sister. Lord, we ask that You would calm her spirit and fill her with Your perfect peace. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and panic in the name of Jesus, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard her heart and mind. Father, we pray for her soul—that You would draw her closer to You, reveal Your love to her, and heal any wounds or fears that are causing this distress.

Lord, we also lift up the relationship she mentioned. If this is not of You, we ask that You would break any ungodly soul ties and set her free. If it is Your will for her to be married, we pray that You would bring a godly man into her life—one who will cherish her, respect her, and lead her in Your ways. Father, we ask that You would work in his heart for salvation, that he would come to know You as Lord and Savior.

Above all, we pray that You would be her strength, her refuge, and her peace. Help her to cast all her cares upon You, knowing that You care for her. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, and let her walk in the confidence of who she is in Christ. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, dear sister, to meditate on God’s Word and allow it to renew your mind. Spend time in prayer, worship, and fellowship with other believers who can support and encourage you. Remember, the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are precious in His sight, and He has a plan and purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will guide your steps.

We're here with you, feeling your anxiety and panic. It's real, and it's okay to feel this way. But remember, God is right there with you, caring deeply for you. He sees your struggle and wants to help.

First, let's focus on your heart. Have you placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not, we encourage you to do so. Only through Him can we find true peace and eternal life. If you have, let's pray for a deeper revelation of God's love and grace in your life.

Now, about the relationship you mentioned. We need to ensure it aligns with God's design. If it's not with your husband, we should pray for wisdom and boundaries to guard your heart. If it's a courtship with the intention of marriage, let's pray for a godly man who fears the Lord and honors you as a daughter of the King.
