I desperately need help !!!

I have big problems with lust, carnal desires, wishes of people of the opposite sex and mature love. The situation is about to become very dangerous and out of control! I can not fight alone !! Pray that the Lord will have mercy on me, forgive me and with power to intervene in these my problems. Pray that these problems should be settled once and for all! I desperately need help !!!

God wash and purge me thoroughly from all iniquity and cleanse me from all sins. Create in me a clean heart O God and renew a right spirit within me daily. God use me for Your glory so I can teach others Your ways. God do this for me, all those I love, care about, and the writer of this prayer. God let our mouths show forth Your praise. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus. Amen.
