I Could Have Done More

Last night I gave some snacks to a Chinese homeless person sleeping alone on a porch.he looked like a construction worker who had nowhwlere to go. I asked him if he was hungry and he became frightened and didn't seem to understand me. Now i feel very guilty that I only gave him 3 bags of sunflower seeds which is hardly a meal. He was rhankful for it, but I feel that I could have done more.what would jesus do?

You should never feel guilty for extending a kind gesture to another person. We can often do more, so I think this should serve us all as a reminder to do what we can when the situation arises. I think you did a nice thing for him & let him know he isn't forgotten or invisible, and that is nothing to feel bad about.
