I can't overlook either party for not sending another stimulus check. The first time wasn't as much of a hassle as now--why is this time so much harder? Obviously, we can't rely on them. Talk, talk, talk. I can't stand people like that. Someone shouldn't make promises if they won't keep it. I've had problems with liars like that in other area of my life. I never liked that. Let your yes mean yes, and your no, no.
