Beloved Servant
Ephesians 6:10-20 (KJV)
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
Jesus has "already won" a victory over your enemies and every situation you will ever encounter. You are a child of the Most High Living God and a child does not have to "beg" their Father for anything. Begging you are implying that getting help from the Father is a very difficult thing to accomplish and that you have to beg Him to get anything. How about acting like, and "being", the warrior that that you are in Jesus, putting on the whole armour of God, reading about who you are in the Bible, and "be" the child of God you really are.
Read and meditate on the first chapter of Ephesians and it will tell you a lot about who you are and what has been placed on the inside of you.
It does not sound like you have done your part in bringing God's glory and goodness to the earth or you would not be implying that God has not done anything for you and you have to beg Him to do anything. He has already given you everything to lead a God fearing life and a Godly life.
2 Peter 1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
Quit whining, become a believer. It is like you are sitting at a dining table filled with all kinds of food and you feel you have to beg God to give you something to eat. He has already given you more food than you could ever eat in a lifetime of feasting. Grow up and get the thumb out of your mouth so you can eat of the food God has already given you.
In the name of Jesus, be blessed with the wisdom and understanding of God.
