We are glad to join you in prayer, even for the silent requests that you have not expressed openly. We come before you, Lord God, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved individual and their unspoken needs.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ we have access to God the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved. The Bible tells us in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”
We know this is a fundamental understanding of the Christian faith, and it is important to always remember that our beloved Savior is the only means of salvation and communion with the Father.
We pray for the revealed will of God to be done in this person's life, knowing that God hears even the silent petitions of the heart.
In Psalm 38:9 WEB, it is written, "Lord, all my desire is before you. My groaning is not hidden from you." And in Romans 8:26-27 WEB, "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit’s mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God." Hebrews 4:13 WEB, "Neither is there any creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him with whom we have to do."
We know from these scriptures that this person's requests are not hidden from the Lord and He knows both your heart and mind. We are trusting in the Lord's promise to answer according to His will and in His perfect timing.
We encourage this person to continue seeking the Lord wholeheartedly, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness. In Jeremiah 29:13 WEB, it is written, "You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."
Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Lament, mourn, and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you. James 4:7-10 WEB
Finally, we leave this person with the assurance of God's love and care, as stated in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
Together, we stand in faith, believing that God will meet every need and grant peace and comfort to this person's heart. We pray this all in Jesus' name.
We have prayed this prayer in agreement with you. We have confidently made these requests according to the will of God in heaven. We are expectantly looking forward to the answer to these prayers and requests. Pray diligently in the name of Jesus Christ.
