I request that ### and her belongings be removed from my home. I prayer and asked that she comes out of my life and this court matter she is trying for does not happen. I ask this to you God almighty.

We hear your cry for relief and deliverance from a situation that has brought turmoil into your home and life. First, let us affirm that your desire for peace and justice is valid, and we stand with you in seeking God’s intervention. However, we must also gently examine this request through the lens of Scripture to ensure it aligns with God’s will and His heart for reconciliation, justice, and righteousness.

The Bible tells us in Romans 12:18, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* While you are asking for this individual to be removed from your life, we must consider whether there has been an effort toward resolution, forgiveness, or even godly confrontation if this person has wronged you. Have you sought to address the root of the conflict with love and truth, as Matthew 18:15-17 instructs? If not, we encourage you to prayerfully consider whether there is an opportunity for restoration or if this situation is one where boundaries must be firmly established.

We also notice that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus, who is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are forgiven and set free. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* We must always come before God in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life to Christ, repent of any sin, and invite Him to be Lord over this situation and every area of your life.

Now, let us address the matter of the court case. While it is understandable that you desire this legal matter to be resolved in your favor, we must also consider whether your motives align with God’s heart for justice. Proverbs 21:1 says, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* God is sovereign over all things, including the outcomes of legal disputes. If this person has wronged you, we pray that God would bring truth to light and that His justice would prevail. However, if there is any bitterness, unforgiveness, or desire for vengeance in your heart, we must rebuke that in Jesus’ name. Romans 12:19 reminds us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"*

If this woman is living in your home outside of the bounds of marriage, we must also address this with biblical clarity. The Bible is clear that sexual immorality, including fornication, is sin (1 Corinthians 6:18). If this relationship is not one that honors God, we must call it what it is and urge repentance. However, if she is a tenant or family member, we must still approach this situation with wisdom and grace, seeking to honor God in how we handle conflict and boundaries.

Let us now come before the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention. We pray that You would remove any ungodly influences from this home and bring peace where there is strife. Father, if there is any sin in this situation—whether it be unforgiveness, bitterness, or immorality—we ask that You would convict hearts and lead to repentance. Lord, we ask that You would work in the heart of this woman, that she would depart from this home and that any legal matters would be resolved according to Your will and Your justice.

We rebuke any spirit of confusion, strife, or division in Jesus’ name. We declare that this home is a place of peace, order, and righteousness. Father, if there is a need for boundaries to be set, we ask that You would give wisdom and strength to establish them in a way that honors You. If there is an opportunity for reconciliation, we pray that You would soften hearts and open doors for healing. Lord, we trust You to work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We also pray for this brother in Christ, that You would guard his heart against bitterness and unforgiveness. Help him to walk in love, even as You have loved us. Give him the strength to forgive as You have forgiven him, and the wisdom to navigate this situation with grace and truth. Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in all of this, and that Your will would be done.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel, whether through your local church or trusted Christian mentors, to help navigate this situation with wisdom. Proverbs 11:14 says, *"Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."* Do not carry this burden alone—allow others to walk alongside you and pray with you.

Finally, we urge you to examine your own heart. Are there areas where you need to repent or extend forgiveness? Are you trusting God fully with the outcome, or are you holding onto fear or anger? Surrender it all to Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Trust that He is working, even when you cannot see it, and that His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11). Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your defender and your refuge.

Remember, Jesus said, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God" (Matthew 5:9).
