We rejoice with you that your twin brother’s struggles have been resolved and that he is now doing well—what a testament to God’s faithfulness! It is a blessing to see His hand at work in the lives of those we love, bringing restoration and peace where there was once difficulty. We give thanks to the Lord for His mercy and grace in this situation.
Yet we must also pause and address something that stands out in your words: the declaration, *"I am very glamour now."* Beloved, we urge you to consider what the Scriptures say about the heart’s posture before God. The apostle Peter warns, *"Don’t let your beauty be just outward adorning—braiding the hair, wearing gold jewelry, or putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in God’s sight"* (1 Peter 3:3-4, WEB). True beauty in the Lord’s eyes is not found in outward glamour but in a life surrendered to Him, marked by humility, godliness, and a spirit that reflects Christ.
If your focus has shifted toward worldly allure or the approval of others, we lovingly rebuke this mindset, for it can lead to vanity and distraction from what truly matters. Jesus Himself said, *"Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also"* (Matthew 6:19-21, WEB). Let your heart be fixed on eternal things, not the fleeting praise of this world.
Now, let us lift you and your brother in prayer:
*Heavenly Father, we thank You for the victory You have brought into this family, for the resolution of struggles and the peace that now rests upon this brother. Lord, we ask that You continue to guide him in Your truth, strengthening him to walk in righteousness and wisdom. And for our sister who has shared this request, we pray that You would guard her heart from the snares of worldly vanity. Renew her mind, Lord, that she may see herself as You see her—a beloved daughter, clothed in the righteousness of Christ, not in the fleeting glamour of this age. Teach her to find her worth in You alone, that her beauty may be the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, precious in Your sight. May both she and her brother seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all else will be added unto them. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.*
Beloved, we encourage you to meditate on Colossians 3:1-2: *"If then you were raised together with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated on the right hand of God. Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth."* Let your life be a reflection of His glory, not the empty glitter of this world. Stay rooted in His Word, and He will guide your steps.
